The Merco^® Insta-Therm^™ is the perfect solution for adding the finishing touches to entrees and appetizers. No pre-heating required as the Merco Insta-Therm^™ is contact actuated for energy savings and heats instantly. The menu applications are endless with the Insta-Therm^™ from Merco.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction	The Insta-Therm is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel for ease-of-cleaning and years of dependable service.
Contact Acutated for Energy Savings	The Insta-Therm activates upon contact of product resulting in energy savings for operators.
Simple On/Off Controls with Indicator Lights	No operator training necessary, the Insta-Therm is controlled by a simple on/off switch. Indiciator lights on both cook and serve side illuminate when elements are on.
Quartz Heating Elements	The Insta-Therm features quartz heating elements eliminating pre-heating.
Large Pass-Through Product Opening	Large 4" x 18" opening on both sides for easy access and pass-through applications make the Insta-Therm perfect for entrees and appetizers.
Small Footprint	The Insta-Therm's small footprint allows the unit to fit in small operaitons wihtout taking up valuable countertop space.
